Can I secure the base to something?
Yes. There are mounting points at the rear of the base. Mounting hardware is included for securing to a wood surface.
Do most flat-panels come with bases?
Most consumer models do come with a base. However, a great number of professional flat-panels do not. The PSD-TTS-B was designed for these professional flat-panel models.
Why is this stand limited to 50″ flat-panels?
The height of the poles limits the overall height that can be achieved with this stand. Most flat-panels above 50″ are too tall for the stand and would not pass our tip tests.
